Bison Health Coaching was founded by Nathan Marsala. After making my own journey from an unhealthy 300 pounds to an active and healthy 190 pounds, I became inspired to share my journey with others and help them restore their health and gain their lives back. This led to the formation of Bison Health Coaching. Bison Health Coaching is not a “quick fix” for those who only want to lose a few pounds. Weight loss and weight management are part of the equation for many clients, but restoring health is more than just eliminating excess weight. Being healthy is more than the number on a scale or how we look in our clothes, it is how we feel, our energy, developing better habits and a proper mindset,
